Registration

All the attendees must register in advance in order to participate in conference activities. Each registration enables publication of only one paper and participation of only one person.

Registration Type

Author: making a presentation in the conference with paper publication.
Presenter: making a presentation at the conference without paper publication.
Delegate: participating in the conference without presentation or paper publication (Download the registration form here).

● One regular registration can cover a paper within 6-8 pages (at least 6 pages for each paper), including all figures, tables, and references (An extra page fee of $35 will be charged if exceeds 8 pages).
● Author registration fee includes conference materials, lunch and dinner on December 27, 2026, conference bag, morning and afternoon teas, attending all technical sessions, conference document.
● At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
● One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one journal book.
● Registration fee for each accompanying person / delegate is 300 U.S. Dollars.
● Delegates should bear the service charge (if any) of the bank in the sender's side.
● One Day Tour is optional for all participants (on payment basis).

Cancellation Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
• 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
• 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. The organizing committees is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc.

• The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
• The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

Property Safety

Please take care of your safety and all personal belongs, and wear your name tags during the whole conference. No responsiblity or liability is accepted by conference organizer in respect of any loss or damage.
