Submission Method
1. Electronic Submission System (.pdf) ; 2. Email: iceei2019@zhconf.ac.cn (.pdf)Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted via iConference submission system or email.
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. Accepted abstract will be invited to give oral presentation at the conference, and the presentation made during the conferene will not be published. All papers submitted to ICEEI 2024 will be checked for plagiarism including self-plagiarism. If a paper is found to fall in the category of plagiarism, the paper will be automatically rejected.

Paper Page Limit
Up to 5 pages (including figures and references) are allowed for
each paper. Up to five (5) extra pages are permissible with an
additional fee (US$70/per page) paid at registration time.
Publication Ethics
We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual
of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable
academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
